A new survey shows that a city in Minnesota, and one in Wisconsin, made the top 10 best places to live in the United States list!

The survey from livability.com takes into account safety, affordability, jobs, outdoor activities and more.

Madison, Wisconsin came in at number 3.

Rochester, Minnesota was number 5.

The top place to live in the US was Fort Collins, Colorado.
